Brain Data to
Comparable Insight.
Explore. Compare. Discover.
Downloading brain data is easy.
Two populations.
Same measurements.
The same scan is captured differently at every site — scanner hardware, sequence parameters, subject cohort. Each leaves a fingerprint in the data.
First, know your data.
Head motion corrupts the signal. Before comparing anything, we remove subjects who move too much — those with framewise displacement above 0.20 mm.
A comparable cohort.
We narrow to a single developmental window — ages 12 to 19 — so any biological signal we find isn't just development.
Make the data comparable.
Now we remove site-related technical variation — while preserving the biological structure that matters.
Now explore the population.
Every point is a brain. Hover to inspect a subject. Click one to follow it into the next two sections.
How is this brain connected?
Group-average functional connectivity, split by diagnosis — then the selected subject's own signature below.

Every brain leaves a signature.
The connectivity matrix becomes a three-dimensional pattern. Move your cursor to rotate.
What would your subject look like here?
The cohort is a reference frame. Place a single scan inside it, and see where it sits — what it resembles, what it doesn't.
You've followed one path.

One path. Many questions. One discovery engine.
